I have been involved in the development community, including the planning and processing of Tentative Maps to the finished product of custom lots and homes for over 20 years. Land Use Planning is like being an artist and I feel honored to have met so many great devlelopers and home builders for almost 25 years! I have a team of professionals with whom I have worked for the past 20 years that are also there to help.

D'Amico Estates. Processing a Tenative Map in Pollock Pines. Estimated date of Tentative Map approval, January, 2008.
La Bella Monte. Processing a Tentative Map on 255+/- acres in Camino/Pollock Pines. Estimated date of Tenative Map approval, Spring 2010.
La Canada Estates. Processing a Tentative and Final Map for 49 custom, estate-sized lots. Estimated finish date of Phase I of these incredible custom lots to be in mid-2009.
